Turkish Beef Wrap Recipe

Lys, Tyrosh and Pentos all claim the Battle Wrap recipe is their invention. Indeed soldiers from all three cities are known to eat it during battles as a quick way to recoup some of their strength. This combat strategy is also favored by Oberyn Martell, who strongly recommends it to anyone expecting battles lasting several hours or more.


1 lbs (450g) diced beef

2 tomatoes

Fresh parsley

1 onion

4 tbs vegetable oil

1 tsp paprika

2 tsp salt

2 tsp red pepper flakes

4 medium flat breads


Boil the meat in a pan until the juices run clear for around 6-10 minutes.

Move the meat to an oiled frying pan, at medium heat. Add the seasoning. Fry for about a minutes.

Stir and add around 100 ml water. Continue to stir from time to time until the water is almost vaporized. Remove from the fire.

Put the meat on a flat bread. Add diced tomatos, onion and parsley. Wrap.
