Fried Zucchini by na2na3
An easy recipe for fried zucchini. In Bulgaria fried zucchini are most often served with a sauce prepared with yogurt, garlic and dill.
5 tbsp flour
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup dill
1 spring garlic
Wash and cut the zucchini in slices.
Heat sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Coat each zucchini slice with flour and fry about 3 minutes on each side.
To prepare the yogurt sauce, chop the spring garlic and dill and add to the yogurt. Mix well.
Serve the fried zucchini hot with yogurt sauce on the side.
