An easy recipe for fried garfish.
1/2 kg garfish
200 g flour
oil for frying
Wash and drain the garfish. Salt lightly and leave in the fridge for half an hour.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Flour the garfish and fry in batches for 5-7 minutes each.
Garnish with lemon and serve hot.
